The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the Marrakech medina, just a short walk from the bustling square. Guests can easily explore the old-town center and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the cafes along the road leading to the Kautoubis Mosque. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding area. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel could improve on providing better directions and warnings about potential scams by local people in the area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is superb, situated in the heart of the medina, and we loved that it was tucked away down a charming lane. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful rooftop lounge area, a spa offering relaxing treatments, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The rooms were stylishly designed and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
This hotel may not be the best option for families. However, for couples or individuals looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a prime location, this hotel ticks all the boxes.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing us with a perfect base to explore this bustling city. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the main square in Medina and the popular market in Marrakech. We were able to easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture and experience everything this city has to offer. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. the hotel had great facilities, including a lovely spa that we thoroughly enjoyed.
